Order Processing
Orders are typically processed before shipment within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10–20 business days.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–15 business days.
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Tracking Your Order
When tracking information is available, you will receive it after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.
Multiple Packages
Some orders may contain products shipped from different fulfillment locations. As a result, items from the same order may arrive separately and you may receive more than one tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping because an order is divided into multiple packages.
Shipping Delays
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. All Your Smart Finds is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or you believe your package has been lost, please contact us as soon as possible at support@allyoursmartfinds.com. Include your order number and, for damaged items, photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
