Shipping

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on all US orders.

Do you ship outside the US?
Not right now. We ship to US addresses only.

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then take about 10–20 business days to arrive. Plan on roughly 11–23 business days in total. Business days don't include weekends or holidays.

When do I need to order for Christmas?
Order by November 20 for delivery by Christmas. Orders placed after that may arrive after the holiday.

How do I track my order?
You'll get an email with tracking once your order ships. It can take a few days for the carrier's tracking to start updating.

Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Some items ship from different warehouses, so one order can come in separate packages with separate tracking numbers. You're never charged extra shipping for this.

Returns and changes

Can I return something?
Yes. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they're unused and in their original packaging. Email us first at support@allyoursmartfinds.com with your order number. Please don't mail anything back until we send you return instructions. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Email us with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, as long as they haven't been processed yet. Email us right away and we'll do our best.

Forever Sky star maps

How do I order a Forever Sky star map?
Place your order, then reply to your confirmation email with the name, date, location (city and state), and the message you'd like on the print. A time of day is optional.

When will I get it?
We email your star map within 24 hours of receiving your details.

What do I receive?
A high-resolution PNG file (2400 × 3200 pixels) that you can print at home, at a print shop, or online. It's a digital file only; no print or frame is shipped.

What if I need a change?
Every order includes one free revision. Because each map is custom-made, digital orders are final sale once delivered. If we made a mistake, we'll fix it.
